Reviews and Ratings
The hotel provides a great place to stay and play. The rooms are too close together and not soundproof, stank badly, and had stains all over the carpet; however, I had a positive experience with the Venue Manager, Warner Morgan, who promised a refund due to a mix-up with the room. The service was excellent, very welcoming upon arrival, and the staff assisted us with directions and other matters. The location suited my business plans perfectly, near my meeting venue and avoiding city traffic. Dining experience lacked information about nearby options during the week, which was disappointing. The facilities were accommodating.
The hotel offers spacious rooms but they are very tired and dated both inside and out. However, the comfy bed, friendly staff, and great food make up for it, and it's excellent value for money. Looking forward to returning.
The motel rooms, although a bit tired, still offer good value for money. They are clean and comfortable, but the strong room deodorant can be overwhelming. The location is convenient and enclosed for young kids to play, although the long tram ride to Melbourne CBD might be a downside. The dining options are limited, but the hotel offers great value for money.
